5. Financial Transactions
Note: RentManagement is a management platform only. We do not process payments, collect rent, or handle financial transactions directly. All financial arrangements are between property owners and tenants.
6. Data Ownership and Responsibility

You retain ownership of all data you input into the system. RentManagement serves as a platform to organize and manage your property-related information. You are responsible for:

  • Accuracy of all property and tenant information
  • Compliance with local housing laws and regulations
  • Proper handling of tenant personal information
  • Backup of important data outside the platform
7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

RentManagement provides tools for property management but is not responsible for:

  • Legal compliance with local rental laws
  • Disputes between property owners and tenants
  • Financial losses or missed payments
